With the commencement of the Chedabucto curling rink’s sales of 50/50 tickets last week, the decision has been made to have our first draw for this season next Friday evening, December 4, at the rink’s annual turkey shoot. To those who have purchased Chedabucto CC’s 50/50 tickets: Thank you! To others, your support will be appreciated whether you purchase or sell our tickets.
The Chedabucto Curling Club Community Activity Society’s (CAS) 50/50 tickets sold thus far have been collected from their respective boxes. Because of our wish to award a larger winning — the first 50/50 draw for this curling season will be held at the rink’s annual turkey shoot on Friday, December 4. Once again businesses have permitted the rink to place 50/50 boxes at their Guysborough locations. On behalf of all CAS members I thank the following locations for assisting with ticket sales: Cutting Loose Hair Design and Tanning, Days Gone By Bakery & Restaurant, Guysborough Pharmacy, Cook’s Gas Bar & Robin’s, Chedabucto Home Hardware and Guysborough Discount & Gifts. I also extend my sincere thanks to those who have purchased CAS’s 50/50 tickets.
Best regards to all. Ray
