Our annual Edgar Sceles Memorial bonspiel is happening this weekend starting tonight at 6pm. It will end on Sunday with a draw at noon hour for the Championship and 3rd place games. It must be noted that we are not allowed to have spectators in the club unless you are registered as a curler in the bonspiel or are working the bonspiel. This is not our decision but Sports NS. Also there will be no food provided so therefore bring your own. Here is the schedule and team list:
It has been decided by the bonspiel committee to go ahead with the Edgar Sceles Memorial despite the announcement from Curl NS of no curling until the 25th of Jan. See new poster below for details. An email will go out today Jan. 12th.
Our annual Edgar Sceles Memorial will take place this year on Jan. 29-31. Note that the extra day on the 31st will be needed depending on the amount of teams and/or scheduling issues because of Covid protocols. Here is the poster:
