Cape Breton-Canso, has offered to provide the first-place prizes for the Chedabucto Curling Club’s Ladies Valentines Funspiel being held on February 14/15 in Boylston. Rodger has agreed to provide the first-place team with a dinner at the DesBarres Manor Inn, Guysborough, at a yet-to-be-determined date and time.

On Wed of this week (weather permitting) there will be curling at our club starting at 9:30am with Team G. Jamieson and Team J. Jamieson playing games against 2 teams from St. Andrews. Next draw is at 11am with Team E. Jamieson and Team Hart taking on another two teams. There will be two more draws in the afternoon at 12:30 and 2pm. All games are 6 enders. Everyone who is not playing are welcome to come on out and watch and cheer our teams on. If school is closed because of weather then there will be no curling.
