Registration Night October 26th

We will be holding Registration on Tuesday October 26th from 7-9pm. Please find attached this years registration forms as well as the same set of waivers from last year. Another option for the waivers is you can date and initial last years form when registering.
New this season is that Proof of Vaccination is required to curl or for anyone entering the club.
We will not be recording any information from your proof of vaccine.  Once everyone is registered we will not be asking you again for proof of vaccine.
 
We are no longer required to sign in at the door.   The cleaning protocols remain in place from last year, along with mask wearing in the lounge area except when eating or drinking. All these protocols are set set by Public Health.

Just a reminder that we are holding the Curling Club AGM on Wednesday October 13th, 7:00 PM, at the Curling Club.

 Please find attached last year’s  Annual General meeting minutes and the Agenda.

All in attendance must wear a mask and provide proof of vaccination upon entering the club. 

Those wishing to Register can do so following the AGM or on Registration night (date TBD).

Our annual AGM will take place Wednesday October 13th, 7:00 PM…

Please be advised that our annual AGM will take place Wednesday October 13th, 7:00 PM, at the club. 
All members are welcome to attend however only adult members can vote.  We would like to see as many club members as possible in attendance. 
A few of the items on the agenda will be:
**  Election of new Treasurer
**  Setting of this years dues
**  Awarding of prizes for last year league play
I will send out the agenda and minutes from last meeting closer to next Wednesday.
 
Something very important:  As mandated by the province, all in attendance must wear a mask and provide proof of vaccination upon entering the club.  There will be a person at the door checking.
