Ice prep at the club is well underway. Work got started just after Thanksgiving. It takes a good core of volunteers to get this done. Thanks to all who have helped out so far: George Luddington, Maurice Landry, Phil O’Regan, George Nahrebecky, Paul Long, Blair Brymer, Fred Sullivan, Neil DeCoff, and Rob Billard. Ice should be ready to curl on by midweek. A few more floods then some scraping/pebbling and we should be ready to go. The rocks of course still need to be cleaned and put out in the ice area to cool down before they go on the ice. Here are a couple of pics, one with George putting on a flood today and the ice after we had put down the lines and rings.
