Registration night….

Just a reminder that Registration night will be Tuesday October 11th from 7-8:30 pm..  Please find attached the required forms should you wish to fill them out at home.  The membership fee amounts for this year are indicated on the forms.  You can e-transfer funds if you wish or pay by cheque or cash on Tuesday night.

Semi AGM Agenda and minutes from last AGM…

Hi All:  We’re back on line finally.  Thank you Phil for advising everyone that this Thursday night October 6th at 7:00 PM  will be our semi annual meeting.  This is a important meeting as it determines the fee structures for the coming season and hopefully to get feedback on what you as members would like to see happening at the club as far as social events and bonspiels.  You will also be able to register after the meeting or wait and do it on October 11th which will be our registration night.
Attached you will find an agenda and the minutes from our  last AGM (May 12, 2022).

Semi AGM next week…

To all members

      I was asked by Maurice to send this email out since he has no internet at his house. He wanted everyone to know that the club’s Semi AGM will be happening on Thursday Oct. 6th at 7pm at the club. An agenda will be announced next Tues and emailed to all of you. For anyone new to the club last year this meeting decides whether our dues change from last year. Other items to discuss will be in the Agenda next week.
