Dues to be collected from non-member spares….

Skips and Chedabucto CC Members,

When non-member spares are curling at the Chedabucto CC their dues to curl for that game is $10.00, as set by Chedabucto CC rules. It is the responsibility of the skips, or the Chedabucto CC members asking someone to spare, to inform non-members of the $10.00 fee and to also ensure that that money is collected and given to Treasurer Holly.

Thanks in advance.

Ray

Bylaws CAS Amended November 5 2014

CAS’s 50/50 draw tickets are now available locally and at the rink for our 2014/15 season

The Chedabucto Community Society Community Activity Society (CAS) is having its 50/50 draws again this season and the tickets are now available.  The drawings will be on staggered Saturday nights in the rink at 8:00 PM.

The 50/50 draws have developed into a major fundraiser for the Chedabucto Curling Club Community Activity Society (CAS)’s many financial needs to support all that we do at the rink; therefore, we ask for efforts to sell the tickets.  Full members, Social Members, Juniors (Parents) and supporters of CAS are all encouraged to sell / to buy our 50/50 tickets.

If you wish to purchase or to sell tickets: contact a club member, come to the rink, or buy tickets at Gerard Hart’s Grocery Store, Boylston; Cook’s Gas Bar & Robin’s; Cutting Loose Hair Design & Tanning;  Chedabucto Home Hardware; Days Gone By Bakery & Restaurant; Guysborough Discount & Gifts or Guysborough Pharmacy.  The support of the before-mentioned businesses is appreciated. When possible, it would be great if you could in-turn support them. CAS sincerely thanks the before-mentioned businesses for their continued support as well as to the people who sell / purchase our 50/50 tickets. (The businesses’ sold-tickets are collected on draw days.)

Cheers Ray
