The Chedabucto Curling Club’s AGM, which was to be last week, has been moved to this Thursday, May 10, 6:30 PM. An agenda is attached below. If you have a topic to add to the agenda please get it to me by Sunday evening. (All members — Full, Juniors and Social — are welcome to attend and partake in any discussions but voting will be restricted to full members.)

Our club held a social function last Thursday April 26th to finish off the curling season in lieu of a closing banquet. About 30 members and friends showed up for the night with potluck appetizers and a cash bar. The league team awards were handed out. In the Day League 1st half it was Team Jamieson receiving their gift certificates. The 2nd Half champs were Team Long. In the Night League the A Champs were Team Sangster and the B champs were Team Luddington. Thanks go out to Mary E.A. Connolly for suggesting and organizing the night’s event and for Neil DeCoff for providing us with music.. Next up is our AGM which will now happen next week. Date TBA.

We are having a year end social tomorrow night at 7pm in lieu of a banquet. Please try and attend if you can. It will be a potluck appetizers instead of a sit-down meal. Presentation of certificiates to the winning Day and Night League teams will be on the agenda.
Our club Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday May 3rd starting at 6:30pm. An agenda will be sent out and posted very soon. Please do your best to attend this meeting.
