Mixed Doubles night….

As per our Semi AGM on Oct. 10th under ‘New Business’ there was talk of a Mixed Doubles night happening at the club. Gary Neufeld put his hand up and volunteered to organize this new format for our club. Friday was chosen by him and the following text from Gary was sent to the club today:
‘The idea of a mixed double’s night was floated at a meeting a week ago. We have several teams ready to go but would like to have even more. The Mixed Double’s games will be played each week on Friday nights. The exception will be when there are bonspiels and the ice is needed. The games will be 6 ends and likely take about 50 minutes to play. That will allow us to have two or even three draws, depending on how many teams we get. We will follow the rules set out by Curling Canada. Anyone who wants to enter a team or ask questions, please contact me, Gary Neufeld,  at 902-817-1679 or email me at garyneufeldhwc@gmail.com‘
